How to set up your phone session:

  1. Call 303-678-9300 to set up time and day of your preference for your consultation.

  2. Please fill out my Client Questionnaire.

  3. And fill out my Disclaimer (or download Disclaimer-PDF here), complete it and send it to me.

Sessions are available in 15-minute increments. Minimum time requirement for the first phone session is one hour. Please note Disclaimer!

At your appointment time, call Michaela at 303-678-9300.

Terms of Payment:
Upon completion of the session, payment may be made by:

• Personal check, payable to Soul Body Integration

• Major credit cards

• Paypal..(Click on the Paypal logo below to send payment.
